TRAINING DESIGN

Knowing a topic is not enough to design and/or deliver training.
There are specific methods, techniques and tools to apply when it comes to designing and delivering training to adults. We design training that optimizes the learning objectives by promoting participants’ existing knowledge and building upon it in a participatory way.

For the topics we master, we design and deliver courses (see “
Courses available”). Otherwise, we work with the clients/experts and act as resource person for all pedagogical aspects.
