TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS

Training efforts must not be isolated acts but must serve overall goals.

At
macro level, where an organization hasn’t developed the requisite training strategy, we will do so to ensure that all future training efforts will be geared towards achieving higher purposes.

At
micro level, in light of the training strategy, we conduct a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) during which the context, the request and the team competencies (required/existing) are fully analyzed. The TNA enables:
1) A better understanding of the clients’ specific objective(s)
2) The identification of whether training is the right investment for a given objective.... or not
3) If training is appropriate, the identification of relevant form and scope for future learning events.
