TRAINING RESULTS EVALUATION
Following training, we ensure that the evaluation process is fully completed in order to guarantee that:
1) The trainees are able and willing to effectively use the additional gained knowledge
2) The clients benefit from a real return on investment.
The evaluation process is divided into 4 essential steps:
Level 1- Reaction: Measure participants' immediate reaction and satisfaction.
Level 2 - Learning: Find out what the participants have learnt.
Level 3 - Application Behavior: Check whether the learning activity has led to actual changes in practice (“knowledge transfer”).
Level 4 - Impact: Find out if the learning activity has had any impact on the performance of the organization/enterprise.
